Her timing, intonation, pace, volume, and tone definitely provided a superior experience to simply reading a text version. The narration by Laura Kirman complimented and enhanced the listening pleasure. Nothing is as it seems, and Charity and Piers unite in an attempt to discover the truth. Her disappearance spawns a plethora of theories. Seline vanishes the same evening Charity arrived at Loxby. Charity returns to a world filled with secrets, an elite society, and the disappearance of a beautiful, flirty but popular old friend, Seline.
